Before the shoot, Clare told me that her 'colour' was red, so I was able to source some lovely red voile that we could incorporate into the shoot for several different looks and poses.
The shoot itself lasted around an hour and a half and we were able to use a couple of differnet backdrops during the session to get a mix of photos.
You can see a selection of the images that Clare has kindly agreed that I can show my readers after the break below - just a note, there are some shots of implied nudity so don't look if you don't want to see them or are easily offended.
Comments like those from clients really do make my day and are one of the reasons why I enjoy this field of photography so much. Capturing a woman at this precious, wonderful stage in her life really is an honour.
I'm looking forward to meeting Clare's new baby after it arrives as I've been commissioned to undertake a maternity and baby's first year package of shoots.
Do use the contact form if you are interested in booking a maternity shoot for yourself or partner and would like more information. Please also have a look through my detailed FAQ's and information pages.
I hope you like the photos, let me know what you think in the comments box.
